We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Website Use and Security
You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or any other breach of security.
By using this website you agree that
you are 18 years or older
any information you have provided is true and accurate
You are the authorised holder of any credit/debit card you may use on the website and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered;
You will only use the material on the website for your personal use only, and not for any commercial purpose whatsoever;
All information, designs, drawings and other specifications provided on the website are the exclusive property of Lally Menswear. Any copying, transmission or re-transmission of the same requires the prior written approval of Lally Menswear.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible when any product cannot be supplied. If your item is not in stock, you will be advised if and when the item is likely to become available. At this stage, you will be given the option to cancel your order or an alternative product may be offered.
Please follow the ordering process carefully. You will not be able to make any changes to your order once you have checked out, please make sure that everything is correct before confirming the order.
After placing an order through our website, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
The product ordered being unavailable from stock.
Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment.
The identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion.
If there are any problems with your order we will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Delivery information and costs
Full ownership of the goods will transfer to the customer when they have been paid for in full and delivery has taken place.
Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
Free Delivery in Ireland on all orders over €50.00
Fastway Courier within Republic of Ireland €6.00
Registered Post to Rest of Europe €25.00
Delivery time within Ireland is 2 to 5 working days after processing the order.
For Deliveries within EU please allow up to 10 working days.
We use Fastway as Irish courier service. Deliveries take Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm.
Orders received on a Friday will go out for delivery the following Monday.
Please allow an extra day for delivery for Bank Holidays.
Signature will be required to confirm receipt of delivery. If you are not in when the courier tries to deliver, you will be able to collect your order from the local courier depot within 5 days. After this time, your order will be returned back to our main depot where a refund will be issued.
Orders made between the 24th of December and the 2nd of January will be processed and shipped on January 3rd.
Refund of Delivery Charges
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, or unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
We will not refund delivery charges if you simply change your mind.
Price and Payment Option
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the product ordered plus the delivery charge, where applicable. Delivery Costs are added to your order when you review your basket.
If for any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order you have plated. Where the goods have been delivered to you, you may cancel them up to 7working days, starting from the day you have received the goods. This is in line with the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001.
If you exercise your right to cancel, you must return the relevant item(s) in saleable condition with all original packaging and tickets as soon as practicable at your own cost.
You will receive your refund within 30 days of your cancellation.
Refund of Delivery Charge
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges (where applicable) you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund, on advice by you of the amount involved, the cost of the postage incurred by you when returning such goods to us.
Disputes and Complaints
We aim to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and will always strive to deal with queries and complaints promptly and effectively. If, however, you have a complaint that you feel has not been handled to your satisfaction, please write:
